I've tried dozens of locking system for my chair design but all of them seems to fail. The flaps on each site does not seem to interlock even with multiple jointings and the angles of the chair make it rather difficult to create a strong lock. It seems my chair was a bit to complex for my design capabilities. I should have stick to a more simpler concept......... Time is running out....tic tic tic..

Locking System
